Big Idea
Uni Suites is a student accommodation in Kampar. In order to appeal to students, our creative is designed to jive with the interiors of the accommodation. It creates an aura of wholeness and expresses creativity in one space, where convenience is key – a strategic place and a strategic space that’s perfect for every student’s need.
The Brand
Uni Suites is located in Ipoh, in the neighbourhood of Kampar. It is a serviced residence with a commercial title, sitting on leasehold land. It contains 2,876 units, spread out between 4 blocks of 11 storeys each. Units are sized between 135 sq. ft. and 269 sq. ft. Facilities include swimming pool, gym, badminton courts, basketball courts, ping pong tables, cafeteria, BBQ area, changing room and lounge reading room.
