Land Pacific Development Sdn Bhd (also known as the Land Pacific) is the holding company of a group of property development companies established in the year 2014. To date, Land Pacific has acquired pieces of land located in strategic growth areas within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, at the area of Ampang Hilir, Bukit Ceylon, Sungai Long and Kajang 2 with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) worth RM2 billion.
