Kuala Lumpur Summit
Big Idea
After 5 years, this is the second time that the Summit is being hosted in Kuala Lumpur. The purpose of this branding exercise is to make an impression in an international platform of leaders, intellectuals and scholars. Therefore, we infused some local design motifs to represent Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia. The overall design is contemporary and elegant with the usage of minimalistic icons, as well as gold as the primary colour.
The Brand
Kuala Lumpur Summit (KL Summit), also known as Perdana Dialogue is an annual event hosted in Kuala Lumpur. The fifth edition of the summit, themed ‘The Role of Development in Achieving National Sovereignty’, was held from 18-21 Dec 2019 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Around 450 delegates comprising leaders, thinkers, intellectuals, politicians and non-governmental organisations from 56 countries attended the summit.
